Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders placed after 11AM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  
  

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order size, delivery address and the most suitable shipping service available. We compare rates from Australia Post and Aramex to provide a competitive shipping option for your order.

Free Shipping

• Free standard shipping on orders over $250 Australia-wide.
• Free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Western Australia.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, the Northern Territory, the Australian Capital Territory and Tasmania. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance. We do not offer international shipping. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within within 10 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly where possible. Please note, we do not guarantee replacement of your order if it is lost. For more information regarding returns and refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.
