eSUN TPU-95a 3D Print Filament 1.75mm 1kg - White

The eSUN TPU-95a 3D Print Filament offers excellent flexibility and durability, making it the perfect choice for printing objects that need to bend, stretch, or withstand wear. This variation of TPU filament is slightly stiffer than standard TPU, but is still flexible, making it ideal for applications such as phone cases or wearable components. 

Recommended Print Settings:
Extruder Temperature: 220 - 250°C
Build Platform Temperature: 45 - 60°C
Fan Speed: 100%
Printing Speed: 20 - 50mm/s

Drying Recommendation: For optimal print quality, dry the filament at 55°C for at least 4 hours. 

Extruder Suggestion: Use a short-range dual-gear extruder designed for flexible filaments, as eTPU-95A materials can be challenging to print with a Bowden (remote) extruder. If using a remote extruder, reduce the printing speed to 20mm/s or slower for better results.

Nozzle Maintenance: After extended use, the nozzle may accumulate impurities. It is recommended that cleaning filament be used regularly and, if necessary, replace the nozzle and throat with new parts.
