Storage & Use Recommendations

For best performance, store HIPS filament in airtight, undamaged packaging until ready for use, and reseal after opening to help maintain print quality. As with most polymer filaments, protecting it from moisture, oxygen, and UV exposure helps preserve consistent printing results.

If the filament is exposed to air for extended periods, dry it in a hot-air oven at 80°C for at least 5 hours before printing to restore optimal performance.
