Recommended Print Settings: 
Extruder Temperature/Printing Speed: 200°C - 210°C @ 50 - 100mm/s or 210°C - 240°C @ 100 - 200mm/s
Build Platform Temperature: 50 - 60°C 
Fan Speed: 100%
