Curling or Rough Corners
Share
If you notice curling or rough corners later in your print, it often indicates an overheating problem. The plastic is extruded at high temperatures, and if it doesn’t cool down quickly, it can warp or deform over time. To prevent curling, it's essential to cool each layer rapidly to ensure it solidifies before it has a chance to change shape. Refer to the' Overheating' article for a more detailed explanation and solutions to overheating. If the curling occurs at the very beginning of the print, check the ‘First Layer Adhesion Problems’ article to address issues with the first layer.
